If you try that, please post your results here. That would be more work than simply pulling a plug. I have rebooted several times, uninstalled True Image, made sure the registry looked clean, and re-installed. I found a solution to my problem. After the software is fully loaded you will select Tools and Utilities , and then select Clone Disk on the next screen.
